How do you compete against new digital banks that seem to have unlimited funding? How do you provide value to customers who are consumed by a sale/discount culture? How does an old and well-established bank appeal to a young audience? The answers helped create our new campaign for Citi Plus.
We replaced a big production commercial with social content from a comedian. We ditched the one-trick pony to show people the value of things coming together. We translated the language of wealth for the masses of young people. Communicating one single message through it all - It all adds up with Citi Plus.
