Most unions exist to solve problems that occurred in the past, NTUC wanted to change how we work in the future. Not by proposing what the future of work should be, but by involving the people that mattered most - workers.
We started by identifying three key issues for different types of workers. These insights were turned into posters, interactive billboards, social content and on-ground activations. Connecting with people all across Singapore and inviting them to tell us what matters most to them. All to create the future of work that works for all workers.
